Role & Company / Project Overview: Bamboo Finance Microfinance Institution (គ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ប៊ែមប៊ូ ហ្វាយនែន / Bamboo MFI) is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated Branch Manager (នាយកសាខា) to lead operations at their Head Office in Phnom Penh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee overall branch management, financial performance, and day-to-day administrative operations. • Lead, manage, and motivate branch staff to achieve company targets and maintain high operational standards. • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and internal standards. • Manage client relationships and ensure optimal delivery of microfinance products and services. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience in branch management, banking, or microfinance institution (MFI) operations. • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in Khmer; professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
