Role & Company / Project Overview: Join our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) team at SVI's factory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Open to candidates of all nationalities willing to work in Phnom Penh. SVI does not charge application or recruitment fees. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead Product, Process, and Test Engineering functions. • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), quality improvements, and manufacturing enhancements across factory operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in engineering leadership within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or related manufacturing environments. • In-depth expertise in product engineering, process engineering, and test engineering. • Strong background in NPI processes and manufacturing quality standards. • Open to all nationalities willing to relocate/work in Phnom Penh.
