### Role & Company / Project Overview UCB Bank (Union Commercial Bank PLC / E.SUN Bank) is hiring for its Chinese Desk in Phnom Penh to support international and Chinese-speaking clients with dedicated banking solutions. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Act as a primary liaison and account service representative for Chinese-speaking corporate and individual clients. - Coordinate financial transactions, account opening, advisory, and tailored banking services. - Translate and facilitate seamless cross-border communication and documentation between clients and internal banking teams. - Maintain and build lasting relationships with overseas and local Chinese-speaking business networks. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English or Khmer. - Relevant knowledge of banking operations, customer support, or financial services. - Outstanding interpersonal, client management, and communication skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia. - Work Mode: On-site banking office. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package and career advancement within an international banking group. ### Application Instructions - Submit resume and application details via Telegram or email.
