### Role & Company / Project Overview Fusion Finance is hiring for the position of Senior Relationship Officer (SRO) to drive customer relationship operations in Punjab. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle advanced relationship officer responsibilities and lead customer-facing field engagements. • 100% field work handling client portfolios, customer onboarding, and field operations. • Coordinate localized financial service delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 10th Pass required. • Bike and valid Driving Licence are mandatory. • Candidate's home location must be within 30–50 KM of the job location. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phillaur, Punjab, India. • Nature of work: 100% Field Work. ### Compensation & Benefits • In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (including fuel and incentives). • ESIC benefits. • EPFO (PF) benefits. • Stay & Mess facility provided. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can call or send their CV via WhatsApp.
