• Role & Company / Project Overview: Ellebasy Medicale Group Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Bidding Officer to join our team committed to better healthcare and brighter tomorrows. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor PhilGEPS and identify bidding opportunities • Prepare and submit compliant bid documents • Coordinate requirements and work with internal cross-functional teams • Attend pre-bid conferences and site inspections • Manage post-bid requirements and track bid status • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Detail-oriented and highly organized professional • Proven experience in Philippine government bidding • Expertise in PhilGEPS monitoring and bidding compliance documentation • Proven ability in coordinating pre-bid conferences, site inspections, and managing post-bid requirements • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: Onsite opportunity in the Philippines.
