Role & Company / Project Overview International expat opportunity for a sharp, high-caliber, and strategic Supply Chain Manager to relocate to the Philippines with a leading global B2B solutions provider. Seeking an exceptional professional combining deep functional expertise with strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and poised, commanding leadership. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee end-to-end supply chain and operational management, including demand forecasting, procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, warehousing, and logistics operations • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary operational partner for regional leadership, global trade partners, suppliers, and 3PL providers; manage cross-border stakeholder relationships • Process & Cost Optimization: Implement best-in-class ERP workflows, digital tools, data-driven forecasting, and cost-efficiency initiatives • Cross-Cultural Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams in a dynamic international environment; drive operational excellence and process efficiency Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5–8 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience • Industry background in B2B, FMCG, chemicals, or manufacturing preferred • Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), demand planning, and end-to-end logistics • Experience with global trade compliance and digital tools • High emotional intelligence, composure, dynamic personality, and proven problem-solving resilience • Currently based in India and open to relocating to the Philippines Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Philippines (Expat relocation opportunity from India) • Full relocation support and visa sponsorship provided Compensation & Benefits • Annual Compensation: Up to 40 Lakhs INR (LPA) (~2.6M PHP per annum) • Benefits: Full relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, health coverage, and performance incentives Application Instructions • Interested candidates or referrals should email an updated CV along with a recent professional photograph addressed to Ethan.
