Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview GAOTU is actively hiring for remote, home-based ESL Tutors to conduct online English lessons through the ClassIn platform. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct 50-minute ESL classes for students via ClassIn. - Maintain an active teaching presence during scheduled operating hours. - Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction according to course standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate of any 4-year course (Diploma is a must). - Must hold a valid TEFL or TESOL Certificate (mandatory requirement). - Must have reliable back-up solutions in place in case of technical issues (power outages or Wi-Fi router failures). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Home-based / Remote - Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Peak Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Compensation & Benefits - Rate: ₱120 - ₱180 per 50-minute class conducted through ClassIn - Sign-In Bonus: ₱1,500 - Conversion Bonus - Perfect Attendance Bonus - Referral Bonus - Tiered Performance Incentives • Application Instructions - Send your resume via email with the exact subject line: HOME-BASED ESL TUTOR.
