### Role & Company / Project Overview Viklik is actively looking for a Host Recruiter with specialized experience in the Philippine live streaming industry to assist in identifying and hiring local livestream hosts. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Source and recruit livestream hosts using your own network and industry resources. - Screen prospective candidates and coordinate interviews as well as trial broadcasts. - Manage candidate follow-ups, communication, and onboarding processes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience recruiting livestream hosts or entertainment talent. - Strong knowledge of the local live streaming market, current industry trends, and platforms. - An existing talent network and the proven ability to source candidates independently. - Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Philippines - Work Arrangement: Remote / Local market sourcing ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on relevant talent acquisition experience and placement performance ### Application Instructions - Interested applicants should submit their CV along with a brief overview of their relevant recruitment experience to the recruiter email or contact handle.
