• Role & Company / Project Overview: TaskMaster Virtual Ally provides high-fidelity, commercially cleared speech and visual datasets to enterprise AI teams. Operating as a Databricks partner, the company delivers verified AI training data (OmniVox) and manages Human-in-the-Loop (HIaaS) data collection projects. Seeking an AI Marketing & Crowd Operations Specialist for a 3-month probationary trial with potential for permanent placement based on performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Split focus across two critical revenue-generating functions: B2B Social Selling (Getting Clients) and Crowd Operations (Getting Participants). - B2B Social Selling: Execute the internal 'Stabilize Content Engine' on LinkedIn to attract ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Procurement Officers. Post highly technical, value-driven content and DM prospects to book discovery calls. - Crowd Operations: Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance talent from Reddit and Facebook groups to complete specific AI data collection tasks (e.g., recording 30-second smartphone videos for Clickworker and Appen pipelines). - Publish daily B2B content on LinkedIn and Meta strictly following internal Hook → Value → Reward frameworks. - Source and recruit hundreds of gig workers for micro-task data collection. - Enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so freelance workers submit flawless data that passes client approval. - Track key metrics: B2B calls booked and B2C participant approval rates. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong ability to navigate Reddit and Facebook groups to hunt for freelance talent without getting flagged as spam. - Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a direct, professional B2B tone for LinkedIn. - Hyper-organized approach with capability to manage dozens of anonymous login IDs, Google Sheets, and QA checklists simultaneously. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Remote (Work From Home). - Contract Type: 3-Month Probationary Trial (Permanent placement based on performance). • Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: ₱18,000 PHP per month. - Uncapped Performance Commissions (on top of base salary): - B2B Commission: Percentage of contract value for every Enterprise AI client successfully sourced and closed. - B2C Commission: Micro-bonus for every freelance recruit whose submitted data passes final client QA (zero bonus for rejected data). • Application Instructions: - Submit resume and introduction video to the provided recruitment emails.
