Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a U.S. Accountant for a 100% remote, full-time position based in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage month-end close, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll • Perform comprehensive account reconciliations • Prepare accurate financial reports tailored for U.S. clients Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2+ years of U.S. accounting or bookkeeping experience • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is strictly required • Strong English communication and client-facing skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously • Able to work U.S. business hours (Night Shift) • Both CPA and non-CPA applicants are welcome to apply • Nice to Have: Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, Google Workspace, and basic BI tools Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Full-Time) • Schedule: Night Shift (Philippines-based, aligned with U.S. business hours) Application Instructions: • Submit your resume via email with the subject line 'US Accountant Applicant'.
