• Role & Company / Project Overview Pheonix Solutions is looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to own our digital marketing, product marketing, B2B lead generation, and growth initiatives for IT, SaaS, and AI products (Aalee AI products). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies for Aalee AI products. - Build B2B lead-generation and demand-generation campaigns. - Develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing content. - Identify target industries, customer segments, ICPs, and growth opportunities. - Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, and email marketing. - Drive qualified leads, product enquiries, demo requests, and customer acquisition. - Work closely with Product and Sales teams to align marketing with business goals. - Develop content for social media, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and product campaigns. - Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour. - Track CPL, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance. - Prepare marketing reports and provide actionable insights. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or B2B Marketing. - Experience in IT, SaaS, Software, Technology, AI, or IT Services is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. - Experience in product positioning, campaign planning, and marketing strategy. - Strong analytical and data-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and own marketing outcomes. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Good to have: SaaS / B2B technology marketing experience, Product launch / GTM experience, CRM & marketing automation experience, HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce, Google Analytics / Search Console, AI / technology product experience, Marketing budget management, Experience mentoring or coordinating junior marketers. - Ideal backgrounds include: Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Lead, Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Lead, Demand Generation Manager. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time – Hybrid - Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Candidates can share their resume or get in touch via the provided recruiter contact details.
