• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for skilled .NET Developers with strong hands-on experience in modern .NET, C#, and front-end technologies to build and maintain scalable, high-quality applications. There are 3 immediate opportunities available. Candidates must have experience with either modern Angular or a modern JavaScript framework such as React, with practical experience using AI-powered development tools preferred for the React/front-end profile. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build, modernize, and maintain scalable, high-quality enterprise applications and backend services. - Implement modern front-end interfaces using modern Angular or React. - Design and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and relational databases. - Integrate enterprise systems using event-driven architectures and cloud services. - Utilize modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members (especially for senior roles). - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Candidates must match one of the following profiles: Profile 1: .NET + Angular Developer - Modern .NET and C# - Modern Angular experience (Note: AngularJS-only profiles will not be considered) OR Profile 2: .NET + React / Front-End Developer - Modern .NET and C# - Strong experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework - Hands-on use of AI development tools such as Claude in the development workflow Preferred Skills: - Microsoft Azure: Web Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps - REST APIs and backend services - SQL and relational databases - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Legacy application modernization and migrations - Enterprise system integrations and event-driven architecture - Blazor and Razor Pages - Technical leadership and mentoring experience, especially for senior roles - Government or large enterprise application experience - Ideal Candidate: A technically strong developer with excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Peoria, Arizona, United States - Position Type: Full-time / Immediate openings • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration via direct message or email as specified.
