• Role & Company / Project Overview: RPC Staffing is seeking an experienced, dedicated Sterile Pharmacist to join our team in the Southeast Pennsylvania region with an ASAP start date. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Ensure compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations are accurate and in strict compliance with master formula worksheets. - Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for compounding alongside lead technicians to ensure patient safety and compliance with state and federal regulations. - Conduct thorough quality control tests and inspections. - Assist with new formula research and implementation. - Ensure cleaning and garbing policy is performed in accordance with company policies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Professional pharmacy experience specializing in sterile and non-sterile compounding. - Strong knowledge of state and federal compounding regulations, SOPs, and quality control procedures. - Familiarity with formula research, master formula worksheets, cleaning, and garbing protocols. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Southeast Pennsylvania region. - Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and as per business needs. - Start Date: ASAP. • Compensation & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $62 to $65 per hour. • Application Instructions: Submit your resume or call the recruitment contact to learn more about the role.
