• Role & Company / Project Overview Osadi Commercial Supplies is recruiting a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer for a premier MNC in Penang, bridging product development and high-volume manufacturing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage NPI builds, engineering pilot runs, and seamless transfer from design to mass production. - Identify process bottlenecks, develop assembly guidelines, and optimize product manufacturability. - Work cross-functionally with design, quality, procurement, and operations teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related). - Proven experience managing NPI processes, product launches, or industrialization in an MNC. - Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Penang, Malaysia. - Working schedule: Standard engineering and plant schedule. • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive remuneration and comprehensive benefits. - Global exposure and career progression opportunities. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the recruiter's email address.
