• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for a QA Engineer (Area PLTS / Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya / Solar PV Area) based in Pasuruan. The role focuses on quality assurance across solar energy/photovoltaic project operations, ensuring that all works, processes, and deliverables comply strictly with high technical and quality benchmarks. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Ensure every process and work outcome in the PLTS area complies strictly with established quality standards - Detect and record any non-conformance across site works - Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and monthly quality reports in English - Read, interpret, and review technical drawings and engineering standards in English - Verify that project execution meets specified quality procedures rather than simple checklists • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Graduate of S1 / D3 in Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro), Renewable Energy / PLTS, or related field - Experience: Minimum 2 years of quality assurance (QA) experience specifically in PLTS (solar PV) projects - In-depth understanding of quality standards and procedures for PLTS projects - Fluent in English, both spoken and written - Proven ability to write NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and monthly quality reports in English - Competence in reading and comprehending English-language technical drawings and technical standards - Must possess a personal laptop to support daily work tasks • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia - Onsite project work • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email with the subject format: QA Engineer PLTS – [Your Name]
