Role & Company / Project Overview: Power Mac Center is hiring a Lead Programmer / Senior Web Developer to join the team in Pasig. This role is responsible for driving technical development and high-quality software engineering across web platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect, develop, and maintain web applications using modern programming frameworks and database designs. • Design and integrate REST APIs, MVC patterns, and OOP architecture. • Manage database schema design, optimization, and queries using MySQL / SQL. • Apply strong understanding of software development methodologies to lead project execution and problem-solving. • Multitask and manage project timelines with high self-motivation, quality standards, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Proficient in PHP, Laravel, MVC, OOP, REST APIs, MySQL, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Vue.js, CSS, database design, and Git. • AWS or cloud experience is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, time management, self-motivation, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
