• Role & Company / Project Overview Ant Colony is hiring a Senior / Experienced CX/UX Consultant for a 1-year augmentation engagement. The role focuses on leading customer and user experience initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building sustainable CX/UX practices to translate customer insights into meaningful business outcomes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead CX/UX improvement initiatives. - Conduct customer/user research and usability testing. - Develop customer journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps. - Identify pain points and translate insights into actionable solutions. - Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders. - Establish CX/UX standards, tools, and best practices. - Coach internal teams and support knowledge transfer. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience in CX, UX Research, Service Design, or Human-Centered Design. - Strong background in customer/user research and experience improvement. - Highly skilled in journey mapping, service blueprinting, usability testing, prototyping, and qualitative research. - Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Proven ability to connect CX/UX insights with business and operational outcomes. - Experience in consulting, GBS, shared services, enterprise transformation, or service operations is considered an advantage. - Seniority: Senior / Experienced Professional. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Engagement: 1-Year Augmentation. - Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig, Philippines. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit an updated CV and portfolio/case studies with the subject line 'Application – CX/UX Consultant'.
