Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation is urgently hiring a Tele-Collector specializing in Bad Debt Recovery to join its growing team in the Collections Department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct outbound telephone collection activities and follow-ups on past-due / bad debt recovery accounts. - Communicate diplomatically and effectively with customers to negotiate repayment schedules and settlement options. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of collection activities and payment commitments in the system. - Support overall department targets in reducing delinquent receivables. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous experience in collections, tele-collecting, loan recovery, or accounts receivable is preferred. - Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and customer handling skills. - Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced finance environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines (5/F San Miguel, 45 San Miguel Building Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605). - On-site office position. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit an updated resume to the designated recruitment email.
