Role & Company / Project Overview: Rapid Technologies Inc. is urgently hiring a Fulfillment Service Officer to join our growing team in Kapitolyo, Pasig. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Fulfillment Operations: Ensure accurate picking, packing, staging, and timely order fulfillment. • Inventory and Quality Control: Verify quantities, serial numbers, item condition, and inventory traceability. • Dispatch and Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, installations, technical readiness, and status updates. • Returns and Exceptions: Manage returns, warranty handoffs, discrepancies, and corrective actions. • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, trackers, checklists, and audit-ready documents. • Workflow and Team Coordination: Ensure SOP compliance, workplace safety, task assignments, and team alignment. • Other Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics support is an advantage. • Knowledgeable in basic inventory handling, recordkeeping, and the use of checklists and monitoring logs. • Computer literate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses good communication skills. • Able to manage multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. • Capable of handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related concerns professionally. • Must be responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
