### Role & Company / Project Overview Sarovar Hotels is hiring an experienced hospitality leader as General Manager for Geeta Sarovar Portico, Panipat. We are seeking a seasoned leader with strong expertise in hotel operations, business strategy, people leadership, and food & beverage (F&B) to lead the property, drive excellence, and create exceptional guest experiences. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead complete hotel operations and oversee all operational departments including F&B and front office. • Direct business strategy, revenue generation, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. • Provide hands-on team leadership, mentoring department heads and maintaining exceptional service standards. • Drive financial management, budgeting, P&L handling, and sales targets. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 15+ years of overall experience with a reputed hotel chain in India. • Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience serving as a General Manager. • Strong business and financial acumen. • Relevant market knowledge and sales acumen for the applied location (Panipat / Haryana). • Hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills. • Pre-opening experience is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Geeta Sarovar Portico, Panipat, Haryana, India. • On-site full-time hospitality role. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary details to be discussed based on current compensation and experience. ### Application Instructions • Submit updated resume in PDF format. • Mention the applied location in the email subject line. • Share your current and expected salary details with the application.
