Job description

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor factory machinery and equipment. Carry out routine machine inspection and preventive maintenance. Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical problems. Attend machine breakdowns and assist in timely repairs. Perform fitting, assembly and maintenance work as required. Ensure machines and tools are maintained in proper working condition. Follow production instructions and complete assigned work on time. Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities when required. Follow all factory safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area. Coordinate with supervisors, production staff and other technicians. Candidate Requirements Education: ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred. Trade: Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Technician. Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, tools and maintenance. Ability to identify and resolve basic machine problems. Willingness to work in a factory environment. Hardworking, punctual and responsible attitude.
