### Role & Company Overview Capital Investment Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Product Development Intern to be part of the journey to build a smarter financial future. This is a 3-month, remote, unpaid internship designed to help candidates gain real-world experience, turn ideas into innovative solutions, and shape the future of finance. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Contribute to and assist in the development of innovative financial products and solutions. - Assist in researching market needs, customer insights, and industry trends. - Support product design, feature planning, and prototyping efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and business teams. - Help test and improve product features based on user feedback and data. - Contribute ideas for improving existing products and processes. - Document ideas, processes, and development outcomes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to students or fresh graduates in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - Genuine interest in product innovation, financial technology (FinTech), and user-centered design. - Basic knowledge of product development methodologies is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic remote environment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Duration: 3 Months - Work Mode: Remote-based / Work from Home - Type: Internship ### Compensation & Benefits - Unpaid internship. - Gain real-world experience, build portfolio work, and develop fintech product skills. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their expression of interest, CV, and a short portfolio or sample of work to the designated hiring team via email.
