### Role & Company / Project Overview Purely Works is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join a collaborative team and take ownership of quality for an innovative fintech platform featuring AI-powered capabilities and financial data integrations. The role involves taking ownership of quality from the first commit to release in a remote work environment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and own comprehensive test strategies. - Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Vitest. - Perform API, integration, regression, security, and performance testing. - Validate financial calculations, data imports, and access controls. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. - Test AI-powered features and financial data integrations. - Collaborate with the development team and present quality insights to clients. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of professional QA experience with a strong automation focus. - Strong TypeScript and Playwright experience (Cypress is also acceptable). - Experience with API testing, SQL, and PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent English communication and client-facing skills. - Practical experience using AI tools to improve testing productivity. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Remote working environment. - Must have at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time. - Note: Only candidates from Pakistan are encouraged to apply. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation (expected salary requested during application). ### Application Instructions Apply by sending your resume, notice period, and expected salary via the designated application channel.
