Role & Company / Project Overview: AJR Metal Fabricators (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Engineer – Production to join our team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and monitor production operations. • Improve productivity, process efficiency, and workflow. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams. • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. • Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. • Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably in metal fabrication or the automotive industry. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite production engineering role based in Pakistan. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: PKR 55,000–60,000 per month.
