This opportunity is aimed at motivated fresh graduates, juniors, and final-year students looking to build and refine their skills in customer support, communication, and sales in a professional environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide professional customer support and handle client communications. - Engage with customers via calls with a confident, polite, and clear communication approach. - Assist in customer relationship management, sales support, and query resolution. - Collaborate with team members during flexible hours overlapping with US time zones. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree, or currently in your final year of study. - Freshers and junior profiles are welcome. - Excellent spoken and written English skills (proficiency will be tested). - Confident, polite, and clear voice and phone communication skills. - Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Duration: 3 months paid internship, followed by an evaluation for a potential contract position. - Working Hours: Flexible hours with mandatory overlapping with US time zones. - Location: Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits - Paid internship with TangentX LLC, with transition to a contract role following evaluation. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should email their CV with the subject line 'Trainee Customer Support – Your Name' to the designated HR contact email.
