• Role & Company / Project Overview: Loha Chat has announced hiring for the position of Admin to oversee voice chat room activities, team management, and user engagement across its platform. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and monitor day-to-day voice chat rooms and host activities. - Supervise active teams, provide guidance, and assist in talent recruitment. - Ensure platform rules, engagement levels, and targets are consistently met. - Coordinate with platform super admins regarding performance metrics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidate MUST possess an active team (applications without an active team will not be considered). - Prior background and experience in voice room applications preferred. - Proven team coordination, recruitment, and management skills. - Capability to handle basic operational targets and performance criteria. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Open across designated operational regions including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Afghanistan. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fixed salary accompanied by performance bonuses. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates having an active team should forward their profile/CV via WhatsApp.
