• Role & Company / Project Overview: GAOTek Inc. is hiring for full-time remote Technical Research & Innovation Advisors – PhD in Pakistan. This is a senior, strategic position working closely with the CEO on technology research, innovation, and emerging technologies across IoT, AI, and advanced technology products. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work directly with the CEO on technology strategy and high-priority research initiatives. - Conduct in-depth research across IoT, AI, emerging technologies, industry developments, and technical opportunities. - Turn complex technical information into clear, actionable, decision-ready insights. - Evaluate emerging technologies and innovative solutions. - Utilize AI-assisted methods and tools to strengthen research methodologies and analysis. - Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams. - Take proactive ownership of assignments while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - PhD completed or in the final stages of completion in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related technical, scientific, or research-based discipline. - Good research and analytical skills. - Strategic and critical thinking mindset. - Ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly and concisely. - Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to collaborate across global functions and work independently with ownership. - Strong attention to detail. - Research, academic, or professional experience in technology, innovation, or emerging tech is a plus. - Relevant publications and technical projects are welcome but not required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Days: Monday to Friday. - Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM New York Time (EST/EDT). - Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Pakistan). - Role Type: Full-Time (Multiple Openings). • Compensation & Benefits: - Direct collaboration with the CEO, global exposure, leadership visibility, and professional growth opportunities. - Compensation is based on qualifications, expertise, experience, and interview performance. • Application Instructions: - Submit application via email with the subject line: 'Application – Technical Research & Innovation Advisor – PhD'.
