• Role & Company / Project Overview Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam, part of Radisson Hotel Group, is hiring passionate and talented hospitality professionals to join the team as Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service. The brand operates with the philosophy that "Every Moment Matters" and seeks individuals dedicated to guest service and creating memorable experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Radisson service standards. - Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages. - Maintain cleanliness, proper mise-en-place, and hygiene across dining areas, service stations, and equipment. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and fellow service associates to facilitate smooth daily dining operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable guest experiences. - Prior experience or relevant training in food and beverage service within hotels or resorts is preferred. - Good communication, interpersonal, and guest handling skills. - Positive attitude, grooming, and commitment to hospitality standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam, Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite resort operations. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation and benefits as per Radisson Hotel Group policies. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV via email.
