Role & Company / Project Overview: KidsCanSwim Canada is seeking an energetic, dedicated Operations Centre Manager to lead our centre team and uphold high operational standards. At KidsCanSwim Canada, our mission is to build confidence and help children learn to swim for life within a safe, welcoming, and high-quality swim school environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire the centre team to deliver outstanding service and instruction • Keep day-to-day facility and centre operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely • Welcome families, cultivate an inclusive community atmosphere, and resolve customer inquiries with care • Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, water safety, customer experience, and operational protocol Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities • Operational management experience within customer service, recreation, sports, or educational facilities • High energy, enthusiasm, empathy, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Passion for youth development, water safety, and family-focused service excellence Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada • On-site centre operational schedule Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful community impact Application Instructions: • Send your résumé to the designated email address provided.
