Role & Company / Project Overview: Nada Happiness Group, an established FMCG retail, wholesale, and distribution chain in Oman, is expanding its inventory control division and recruiting an experienced Inventory Supervisor (1 opening). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervising warehouse inventory control operations and stock keeping across FMCG distribution hubs. • Coordinating stock audits, monitoring cycle counts, and minimizing stock discrepancies. • Guiding inventory executives and warehouse personnel to uphold storage standards and efficient turnover. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. • Industry Experience: Candidates with background in FMCG or Retail sectors are highly preferred. • Skills: Robust technical skills in warehouse inventory management, data analysis, team supervision, and high-volume stock handling. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite warehouse/inventory facility located in Oman.
