Role & Company / Project Overview: Pearl Industrial Investments (PIIC) is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and drive growth within our Detergents & FMCG business. PIIC operates across Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead Brand Strategy & Annual Marketing Plans • Analyze and derive Consumer & Market Insights • Oversee Marketing Budget Planning & Control • Execute ATL / BTL / Digital Campaigns • Lead Product Launches & Brand Activations • Drive Market Share & Brand Performance • Perform in-depth Competitor & Market Analysis Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field • 3 to 5+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably within FMCG or Detergents Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Obour Industrial Area, Egypt • Onsite work arrangement Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive Salary • Performance-Based Incentives Application Instructions: • Submit an updated CV with the job title in the subject line via the provided contact channels.
