The role is focused on delivering inspired service and authentic hospitality to ensure exceptional guest stays. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Welcome and check in guests, assist with departures, and address inquiries promptly. - Coordinate guest requests, transport, tours, and services to ensure a seamless experience. - Handle billing, front desk communications, and feedback with professionalism. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience in front desk or guest services within the hospitality sector. - Excellent interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills. - Positive attitude, grooming, and problem-solving mindset. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Placement: The Sankara Hill (Nusa Penida), Bali, Indonesia.
