• Role & Company / Project Overview: Quanta Computer Mexico is looking for an ERD Process Engineer to develop, stabilize, and refine manufacturing processes at our electronics production facility in Nuevo León. Be part of a global leader shaping electronics manufacturing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, establish, and optimize production process flows to ensure optimal cycle times and high yields. - Conduct process capability studies, identify bottlenecks, and lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues. - Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety protocols for production operators. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering. - Proven track record as a Process Engineer in the electronics manufacturing or PCBA sector. - Competence in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, and statistical process control (SPC). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Av.
