Role & Company / Project Overview: InBloom Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians in Norwich, Connecticut, offering opportunities to build a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients. • Execute behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by BCBAs. • Record real-time clinical data on target behaviors and skill acquisition goals. • Support client engagement and positive behavior outcomes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Compassion and enthusiasm for assisting children on the autism spectrum. • Current RBT credential or willingness to undergo training and certification. • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Norwich, Connecticut (On-site Event). • Event Schedule: Tuesday, October 13th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
