Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Goal Point Financial Services is seeking Tele-Sales professionals for its Financial Products division across locations including Noida, Gurugram, Delhi, Agra, Lucknow, Kanpur, and other regional branches. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, SIF, Stock trading, Banking, and Insurance. - Handle customer inquiries, explain product advantages, and qualify sales prospects. - Coordinate with field sales teams and follow up with interested prospects to close investments. - Log call details and maintain customer database accurately. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1–5 years of relevant tele-sales or inside sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance. - Qualification: 12th / Graduate / MBA. - Strong telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and customer handling skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Multiple offices across North and Central India. - Work arrangement: Onsite calling operations. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to send their CV via email.
