### Role & Company / Project Overview HiringGo is seeking a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in .NET and healthcare systems to build secure APIs and support reliable healthcare data exchange. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core Web API. • Build and maintain healthcare integrations using HL7 v2 and FHIR R4. • Work on LIS/HIS workflows, including lab orders, specimen tracking, and test results. • Integrate Redis for caching and improve database performance. • Implement secure APIs, role-based access, audit logs, and data protection. • Support testing, deployments, and production troubleshooting. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 3–6 Years of relevant backend development experience. • Required Skills: C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, MySQL/SQL Server, Redis, HL7 v2, FHIR R4, REST APIs, and Docker. • Added Advantage: Experience with ABDM/ABHA, Mirth Connect, or healthcare system integrations. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid as determined by company policy. ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Apply directly by sending your application and resume to the recruitment team.
