Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced QA Lead Engineer to join a fast-paced technology environment in Noida. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quality assurance, automated testing, and leadership. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives across applications and services. • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and non-functional testing. • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for UI, API, and integration workflows. • Test microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, JSON data, and HTTP protocols. • Implement and support test automation within continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Manage defects, bug tracking, and triage processes effectively using Jira. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7+ Years of overall relevant experience. • Strong background in QA / Software Testing. • Hands-on expertise in Test Automation – UI, API & Integration. • In-depth knowledge of REST API, JSON & HTTP. • Hands-on experience with Microservices & Event-Driven Systems. • Proven ability with CI/CD Integration. • Experience working with RDBMS & NoSQL databases. • Expertise in Jira / Defect Management. • Comprehensive understanding of Functional, Regression & Integration Testing as well as Performance & Non-Functional Testing. • Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Test Automation, API Testing, Microservices, and CI/CD will be preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Shift: US Shift. • Cab Facility: Not Available. • Notice Period: 0–25 Days (Immediate joiners preferred).
