Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Lead Developer (Backend) specializing in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead technical development initiatives across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The role focuses on application development, modernization, re-engineering, technical architecture, and enterprise application delivery. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the full SDLC. • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. • Establish and enforce coding standards, engineering best practices, and technical documentation. • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship. • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality releases. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges. • Lead technical design and architecture discussions. • Drive code migration, project sizing, SLA monitoring, and maintenance window planning. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 11+ years of total experience in software engineering and development. • Core Technology Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. • Extensive background in technical architecture, enterprise delivery, scalable software design, and engineering leadership.
