### Role & Company / Project Overview Fluper Ltd. is conducting walk-in interviews to hire an experienced and dedicated SEO Executive with an IT industry background to join its digital marketing team in Noida. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and in-depth competitor analysis. - Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and traffic. - Perform backlink building campaigns and comprehensive website SEO audits. - Manage technical optimization involving WordPress, Schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files. - Handle basic front-end technical tasks involving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Monitor, analyze, and report website performance and optimization metrics using industry-standard tools. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant SEO experience. - Mandatory Background: Prior working experience in the IT domain / IT industry is strictly required. - Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, and SEMrush. - Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of WordPress, Schema implementation, XML Sitemaps, robots.txt, along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Eligibility Note: Only candidates meeting the specified SEO experience and IT domain background criteria should attend. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Working Schedule: 5 Days a week. - Interview Date & Timing: 29th October 2026, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month. ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview or submit their CV for review.
