Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: PageTraffic is hiring an on-site SEO Project Delivery Manager to manage multiple clients and lead campaign delivery across teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Build strong and trusting relationships with clients across campaigns. - Own daily communications via Basecamp, email, and calls. - Actively follow up on pending tasks and ensure internal accountability. - Manage client updates, meeting coordination, and escalation handling. - Ensure timely reporting, track deliverables, and facilitate weekly status sharing. - Proactively communicate campaign delays, wins, and risks. - Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Design teams to align on delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 7+ years of total experience. - Education & Background: Preferred MBA with 6 to 9 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital agency. - Market Exposure: Experience handling international clients (US/UK markets preferred). - Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing coordination is a plus. - Joining Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15-day notice period preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Work Mode: On-site - Location: Noida Sector 62, Uttar Pradesh, India • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their applications via the provided recruitment email address or contact number.
