• Role & Company / Project Overview Join us for hands-on experience in Product Management to build products that solve real user problems and create a meaningful impact in healthcare. This is a 6-month paid internship where candidates should be genuinely interested in Product Management and ready to take ownership of real product problems. Exposure includes health-tech, Ayurveda, clinical research, and AI-powered personalization, learning the complete product lifecycle from research and discovery to development, launch, and iteration, with mentorship and multidisciplinary team collaboration. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and product improvement opportunities. - Translate user, clinical, and business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user flows, and feature specifications. - Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Research, and Operations teams to develop and launch features. - Track product metrics, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement. - Support product testing, execution, launch, and continuous iteration. - Take ownership of product challenges from problem discovery through execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related discipline. - Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and structured problem-solving. - Interest in product design, technology, consumer behaviour, and healthcare. - Ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable tasks. - Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset. - Prior internships, projects, hackathons, or entrepreneurial initiatives demonstrating ownership are a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Duration: 6 Months. • Compensation & Benefits - Stipend: ₹10,000 per month. - Potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and business requirements. • Application Instructions - Apply via email with subject line: Application – Product Management Intern – [Your Name].
