### Role & Company / Project Overview PropShield is hiring a dedicated and hardworking Pest Control Technician to join their team in Noida / Delhi NCR. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term professional career in pest management and facility maintenance with an established organization committed to property care. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Carry out general pest control and comprehensive termite treatment across client sites. • Execute specialized application techniques including spraying, gel treatment, and fogging. • Conduct thorough site inspections to detect pest activity, assess risks, and determine appropriate treatment plans. • Prepare accurate service reports detailing inspection findings, chemical usage, and treatments performed. • Ensure safe handling, dilution, application, and storage of chemicals in strict compliance with safety guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 0 to 3 years; freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply. • Strong willingness to learn, passion for quality service delivery, and a hardworking attitude. • Capability to follow chemical safety protocols and operate pest control equipment effectively. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (Onsite field operations). ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: As per experience. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to apply directly via call or WhatsApp. Online applications can also be processed through the company website.
