Role & Company / Project Overview: INJ Partners is hiring freshers for the position of Research Associate (Primary Research) in Noida. The role focuses on primary and secondary market research, conducting industry surveys, and engaging with corporate leaders. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Voice process: Calling and lead generation. - Responsible for conducting surveys in varied industries across geographies. - Conduct primary research through telephonic interviews with working professionals, including Directors, C-Level executives, and industry experts. - Perform secondary research across industries to understand company financial positions, growth drivers, cost breakdown, ownership analysis, industry KPIs, historical trends, and forecasts. - Rapid research: Data collation and presentation from databases or Internet search. - Gather and analyze data using a variety of research methods including surveys, website analytics, and ad performance metrics. - Identify appropriate information sources. - Support senior team members in interpreting results by cross-referencing secondary sources. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Eligibility: Freshers are eligible. - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate completely (MBA also welcomed). - Skills: Excellent communication skills. - Competencies: Ability to execute calling, lead generation, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
