Lokwani Khandelwal & Co., a firm of Company Secretaries, is seeking two motivated CS trainees to join their office located in Sector 22, Noida, near the Noida Sector 16 Metro Station. The training program offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of corporate and legal domains including NCLT proceedings, corporate secretarial compliance, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), FEMA regulations, arbitration, RBI matters, startup advisory, and dematerialization processes.
