Role & Company / Project Overview: Kiaasa is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – HR to join our HR team in Noida Sector 63. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll coordination and HR processes, who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and effectively coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders. It is an opportunity to take ownership of HR operations and contribute to a growing organization. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities • Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation • Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related queries • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave and other HR-related data • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives • Handle HR MIS, reports and data analysis • Support performance management and appraisal processes • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes • Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining positive employee relations • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations • Support audits and other HR-related activities Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist HR • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management • Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement • Working knowledge of payroll, attendance and HR compliance • Strong Excel and HR MIS skills • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently • Strong ownership and problem-solving approach Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh, India Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their CV with the HR team for further consideration.
