• Role & Company / Project Overview Apetan Consulting LLC is hiring freshers and recent graduates for the role of US IT Recruiter to launch their careers in US IT Recruitment and Staffing, based out of Sector 63, Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Sourcing, screening, and recruiting technical talent for IT requirements in the United States staffing market. - Reviewing resumes, evaluating candidate credentials, and communicating with candidates to assess suitability. - Managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interview coordination, and submissions. - Collaborating within a supportive team and maintaining high ethical work standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Freshers and Graduates strictly from a Computer Science background only (B.Tech & B.C.A; also open to MCA/M.Tech as per profile highlights). - Passing Years: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs only. - Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available for a mandatory face-to-face interview in Noida. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST. - Working Days: 5 Days per week | Saturday and Sunday OFF. • Compensation & Benefits - Monthly CTC: ₹24,000 + Attractive Incentives. - Meal Benefits provided. - Comprehensive holiday package: Indian Holidays, US Holidays, and Winter Break. - Supportive team environment and ethical work culture. • Application Instructions - Ready to kick-start your career?
