Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professionals with strong exposure to the Global Banking & Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct financial planning & analysis (FP&A) • Lead budgeting & forecasting activities • Handle financial reporting & analysis • Perform in-depth variance analysis • Build and maintain complex financial modelling • Deliver accurate management reporting • Apply strong understanding of Banking & Insurance processes to daily deliverables Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience • Strong background and hands-on experience in Global Banking / Insurance domain • Key skills required: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Variance Analysis, Financial Modelling, Management Reporting • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida • Relocation: No relocation offered; candidates should currently be based in Noida Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated CV or reach out for more details.
