Role & Company / Project Overview: Srex Power India Private Limited is inviting applications from talented and motivated Electrical Engineering graduates to join the Project Planning & Coordination (PPC) department as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in the Power Infrastructure / Substation EPC industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. • Support preparation and monitoring of project schedules, timelines, and milestones. • Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and execution teams. • Track project progress and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Assist in monitoring material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements. • Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and progress trackers. • Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project activities. • Identify project schedule deviations and escalate delays to the concerned teams. • Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and execution activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. • Minimum 7.0 CGPA throughout academics. • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in project planning and coordination. • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. • Basic understanding of project management, scheduling, and reporting. • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic project environment.
