• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring Sales Executives for a Customer Care – Inbound Process (TVS Process). The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable information, and delivering a positive customer experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide excellent support. - Understand and respond to customer queries, addressing customer concerns professionally. - Provide accurate product/service information and assist customers with their requirements. - Maintain customer details and update records in the system. - Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude. - Achieve assigned sales and service targets. - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience at all times. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply). - Educational Qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate. - Age Requirement: 18–30 Years. - Language Proficiency: Good Hindi communication skills and basic English communication skills. - Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge. - Core Competencies: Good communication & interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach with a positive attitude, ability to interact confidently with customers, sales acumen. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Schedule: 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off. - Shift: Day Shifts. - Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site. - Work Location: Sector 06 / C-69, Ground Floor, Sector 58, Noida. • Compensation & Benefits: - Freshers Salary: ₹14,000 In-Hand per month. - Experienced Candidates Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand per month. - Supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and build a career in sales & customer service. • Application Instructions: - Fast response and interview conduct for shortlisted candidates.
