Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Rise Up Consultancy is urgently recruiting experienced professionals for an inbound/outbound Voice Process based in Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with inquiries and service requests. - Maintain clear, polite, and effective verbal communication throughout customer interactions. - Resolve caller issues accurately while meeting service level and quality metrics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 3 to 4 months of relevant voice BPO experience required. - Good communication skills are mandatory. - Candidates must have valid employment documents. - Noida / nearby candidates preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Rotational Shift: Any 9 hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. - Available for rotational shifts. - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume on WhatsApp, submit via the application link, or email your CV.
